Diag Bar & Grill and 404 Wine Bar Closing August 4, 2019

Sad news for Diag & 404 Wine Bar lovers. Both establishments will be closing their doors on August 4, 2019 according to their Facebook post. We wish all the staff and owners the best of luck, and will miss these Southport staples.

“It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we regret to announce that Diag bar & Grill will be permanently closing our doors on Sunday, August 4th. Over the past 10 plus years we have not only enjoyed serving all of you, but have considered the majority of you to be our family. The saddest part about all of this is going to be closing the doors to a place where so many relationships and memories started. As they say, when one door closes, another will open, and at this time we have decided to close Diag and take our company in another direction. Over the next few weeks, please pop in and join us for one last fatpour or burger, before it’s too late.

To all of the loyal Michigan fans, not to worry, we will be moving our talents and loyalty over to Chicago’s newest University of Michigan bar, Fatpour Tap Works, on 2005 W Division.

To all of the loyal Eagles fans, we will be discussing options of where to host our Bird Gang in the upcoming seasons.

Thank you all again,

DIAG BAR AND GRILL #DIAGDEEP”
