How about we tear it down and let L3 put up some generic, two-story retail building, using low-grade building materials, to suit a big-box tenant? They are already planning to tear down two perfectly fine 100-year old buildings on the block. Why not make it three?
Save it from the developers of ugly cinder block crap like L3 and other clueless builders.
