New Tower design at Clark and Belmont

What are your thoughts?  Too big?  Just right?  Better for the neighborhood? Better than what is currently there?  Read all about it at Curbed Chicago.

  1. What is this, Oakbrook? this looks like shit on a stick. They can do better. We don't need a huge parking podium in the middle of Lakeview next to five major bus/train lines. Also looks majorly out of place.
