According to EveryBlock, the former Caribou Coffee that was located at Ashland and School will now become a Dentist office. Caribou closed this past year and are in the process of turning into Peet’s Coffee, but this location was not included.
A reader on Everyblock says that Wrigleyville Dental next to Crosby’s Kitchen will be the new tenant, and stated that Crosby’s will be taking over that space and expanding. Time will tell.
