Chicago, IL – December 11, 2015 – Elevare MD, led by board-certified Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Michael DeWolfe, joins the Southport Corridor in 2016, bringing medical and cosmetic Plastic Surgery services to the neighborhood.
Dr. Michael DeWolfe is joined by Kelly DeWolfe, an advanced practice nurse (APN). Their team brings over 6 years of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery experience to the community. As residents of Lakeview, they are excited to expand from their current office location in La Grange to provide aesthetic and surgical services to the community in which they live.
In addition to Plastic Surgery consultations, Dr. DeWolfe and staff will provide a comprehensive approach including Botox, fillers, laser, ultrasound therapies, and medical-grade skin treatments. The location will include a retail area highlighting the most advanced physician grade products available.
Dr. Michael DeWolfe is a member of Chicago Health Medical Group (CHMG), a physician group comprised of over 100 primary care physicians and specialists, with offices located across greater Chicago.
