Flat Top Grill at Southport and Belmont Closes

Long-time staple Flat Top Grill at the corner of Southport and Belmont Avenue closed its doors on Tuesday, January 26.  It had been located in that location since 1995. This development has always had issues holding tenants, so we’ll see what happens next. Would be a good site for a mixed-use development perhaps?
