3647 N. Southport TOD Development Approved

You may recall that a new Transit Oriented Development (TOD) has been proposed for 3647 N. Southport Avenue next to CVS. The final renderings are listed here on Tom Tunney’s website, and the development has been approved. Spotless Cleaners has closed, TBD on when Sushi Mura will exit. Expect construction to begin in 2018.

In addition to this newly proposed TOD, these Southport TODs have already been approved:

• 3334 N. Southport Avenue (under construction)
• 3401 N. Southport Avenue (2018)
