After years of planning in the works, the buildings that formerly housed Rise Sushi and Galleria Liquors have been torn down, and construction has begun on 3401 N. Southport – a Transit Oriented Development. Galleria is scheduled to take one of the retail spots, and rumors are swirling around the ‘Port on the second option.
