Sad news for all of you Jolly Posh fans, they will be closing their doors on November 1. They have posted an update on their Facebook page as well announcing their closing.
Update from the Chicago Tribune:
“Actually, there’s more to the story. Owner Nick Spencer is closing Jolly Posh, yes, but he’s keeping the store and culinary team (led by Alinea/Next alumnus Garrett Christiansen), and the restaurant will launch a new concept in the space in November. He’s keeping details of the concept close to the chest but did say it would “100 percent be another restaurant. It’ll be a pretty quick turnaround.”
The new restaurant is called Vivial, and will open in mid November.
