3530 N. Southport, a mixed use condo building in the heart of Chicago’s Southport Corridor will have two new retail tenants coming soon, with one of them being Claire’s. Sunglass Hut was rumored to be in the second space but is now not coming per the broker. Two other national retail players are looking into the second space as of now (TBD on who they are).
