The parking lot at Barry and Ashland is now closed off and it appears that some-sort of construction has started at 3118 N. Ashland Avenue.
We first reported this back in 2018, and the development/story has been dormant since. Over the past month, construction appears to be going on what could be a new mixed-use development. It had originally appeared on Scott Waguespack’s 32nd Ward site, but a recent search found nothing.
