A brand-new street festival is coming to the heart of Wrigleyville this September.
Clark Street Live will take over Clark Street between Addison Street and Newport Avenue on Saturday, September 26 and Sunday, September 27, 2026, bringing two stages of live music, food, drinks, neighborhood businesses and festival activities just steps from Wrigley Field. The event is being presented by the Lakeview East Chamber of Commerce, the organization behind the Belmont-Sheffield Music Fest and Lakeview East Festival of the Arts.
The new festival represents a significant street closure for the neighborhood. According to the Chamber, it will be the first time in nearly 30 years that this stretch of Clark Street has been shut down for an entire weekend for an event of this kind. Organizers are planning live music, local food and beverage vendors, games, interactive experiences and pop-ups throughout the festival grounds.
Two Stages of Live Music
Music will be the centerpiece of Clark Street Live, with separate Country and Rock & Pop stages operating throughout the weekend.

Additional performers are expected to be announced for several remaining Saturday slots.
Food, Drinks and Wrigleyville Businesses
Clark Street Live is also being designed as a showcase for the Wrigleyville neighborhood itself. Festivalgoers will be able to grab food from neighborhood restaurants and other local vendors, with beverage gardens, outdoor patios and participating Clark Street businesses incorporated into the weekend.
Games, giveaways, photo opportunities, demonstrations and other pop-up experiences are also planned along Clark Street.
The festival will be open to all ages, although some beverage areas will be restricted to guests 21 and older. Admission will operate on a suggested donation basis, with the suggested amount to be announced closer to the event.

With Wrigley Field as the backdrop and nearly two full days of music planned, Clark Street Live gives Wrigleyville one more major outdoor event before Chicago’s street festival season winds down for the year.
