A brand-new street festival is coming to the heart of Wrigleyville this September.

The Southport Corridor will once again transform into one of Chicago’s biggest neighborhood festivals as the 13th Annual Lakeview Taco Fest returns Friday, Aug. 21 through Sunday, Aug. 23, bringing dozens of taco vendors, two live music stages and family-friendly entertainment to Lakeview.


A new mixed-use development is moving forward at the northwest corner of Southport Avenue and Addison Street, replacing the former Fifth Third Bank property with retail space and apartments in the heart of Chicago’s Southport Corridor, and we now have the first set of renderings along with retail space information.
