Holiday season at Wrigley Field is officially on the calendar.

Christkindlmarket Wrigleyville will return to Gallagher Way on Friday, Nov. 20, bringing its German-inspired holiday market back to the neighborhood through New Year’s Eve.
The Wrigleyville market, 3635 N. Clark St., will feature 28 local and international vendors offering holiday gifts, handcrafted goods, ornaments, German food, sweets and seasonal drinks. Admission is free.
The market is part of Winterland at Gallagher Way, which traditionally transforms the area surrounding Wrigley Field with holiday lights, an ice skating rink and seasonal events and entertainment. Previous seasons have also included Santa’s Workshop, holiday movies, live performances and Gallagher Way’s annual tree lighting ceremony.
This year’s Wrigleyville market will run Nov. 20-Dec. 31, giving North Side residents an extra week to visit after Christmas. The Christkindlmarket locations at Daley Plaza and RiverEdge Park in Aurora will both close on Christmas Eve.
