  2. Foxtrot Delivery Market coming to the TOD development at 3334 N. Southport Avenue
  3. Warby Parker is rumored to be taking over Paperchase\’s backed out lease at 3420 N. Southport
  4. Schoolyard Tavern under new ownership
  5. TOD development at 3200 N. Southport now coming (Former Flattop Grill space)
  6. TOD development coming to 3647 N. Southport
  7. Rise Sushi and Galleria Liquors will be replaced by this Transit Oriented Development (TOD)
  8. Large-scale mixed-use development coming to 1356 W. Wellington Avenue
  9. 1342 W. Belmont retail space for lease
  10. Kai Sushi is now open at 3819 N. Southport
  11. Big City Optical has moved into the former Frankies on the Park location at 3708 N. Southport
  12. 3740 N. Southport (Formerly Chaz\’s Real Estate Space) is now a nail salon
  13. GNC is closed and is now for lease
  14. Taco Bell on Addison will be replaced by Planet Granite and additional retail
  15. Digits Nail Salon has closed, new nail salon is now open
  16. Ivivva by Lululemon is closed. Space currently for lease

  3. Capital One Cafe is now open
  4. Ivivva by Lululemon is closed. Space currently for lease
  5. Rise Sushi and Galleria Liquors will be replaced by this Transit Oriented Development (TOD), Chase Bank and Chipotle could be possible tenants
  6. Taco Bell and an auto body shop on Addison by Wrigley Field will be replaced by new developments
  7. 1035 W. Addison to be redeveloped
  8. The former Blue Bayou space is for lease
  9. Tied House is coming to the former Harmony Grill location
  10. Paperchase is coming to Southport Avenue
  11. Leahy and Ladue is closed, 312 Real Estate Office is now open
  12. Venus Restaurant is coming from The Mercury Theater in Cullen\s former space
  13. Mint Julep is now closed, national retail coming in

Ivivva by Lululemon is closing at 1351 W. Roscoe

Lululemon has announced that it is closing most of its Ivivva stores, including Chicago’s Southport Corridor location on Roscoe. The space is listed for lease online, and it is assumed that Ivivva will close by end of summer. What would you like to see in this space?

This is what Fleet Feet Southport Will Look Like

Recently it was announced that Fleet Feet Chicago was coming to the former Starbucks location at 3359 N. Southport Avenue.  The space is currently under construction, and this is a rendering of what the building will look like once the addition is complete.  Ivivva by Lululemon will expand to 1000 sq. ft. on Roscoe.

New Southport Retail: Lou & Grey by Ann Inc. and Fleet Feet Coming; Ivivva by Lululemon Expanding

According to Crain’s Chicago Business, Lou & Grey, a new line of New York-based Ann Inc., plans to open its first Chicago store at 3442 N. Southport Avenue (former site of Anthony’s Italian Ice and Nail Bar).  Fleet Feet is moving into the former Starbucks location at 3359 N. Southport Avenue, and Ivivva by Lululemon will expand to 1000 sq. feet on Roscoe.

Construction is underway at 3359 N. Southport and it\’s going up fast!  We\’re not sure what’s coming yet, but we’ll keep you posted!

Updated: We now know that it will be Fleet Feet and and expansion of Ivivva.
