Just a few shots of the vacant merchant options available on Southport in Chicago.  We expect many changes to occur over the next year with national high-end retailers joining the street.  What retailers would you like to see?

Construction at 3428 N. Southport is Non-Stop

Construction workers seem to be working non-stop on the 4-story building located at 3428 N. Southport.  This is the site of the former Bell Studio building.  New retail space is yet to be determined.
