A new marketing brochure has hit the Internet for Mystic Celt’s current space. L3 Capital purchased the building earlier this year, and Mystic Celt is currently leasing back the space. Currently, the space is being marketed into 1, 2 and 3 different sections depending on the tenant(s) interested.

More room for yoga pant retailers.
Thanks for KILLING this area L3, the locals hate you for turning this street into GAP Land! Now instead of walking down for a bite to eat and a beer, we can walk down and have stupid J Crew sales shoved in our face. This neighborhood sucks now. Thanks
