Its like a revolving door in this space. Here is the thing the food just has to be good and different enough that ppl want to keep coming back. None of the places that have come in to that space have done that. THe food has really just been the same time and time again and just sub-par. So someone please put something in that is good and will make everyone want to eat their weekly!
