Southport Fitness ending their lease in mid-2022, space actively being marketed

Back in August, we reported that Southport Fitness’ space was for lease. We have now learned that they will not be renewing their lease after in ends in mid-2022.

The space is being marketed by Seneca Real Estate, listing agent is Joe Padorr (who leases much of the space on Southport) on LoopNet.
