New Bally’s Casino Renderings Released

Newly unveiled renderings of the forthcoming $1.7 billion Bally’s Casino in Chicago are providing residents with an up-close preview of what the city’s future destination casino might look like. Presented as a hub encompassing “the best of Chicago,” the updated renderings aim to showcase the diverse attractions the city has to offer, including its arts and culture, culinary delights, sports, and curated entertainment experiences, according to development officials.

The permanent establishment of Bally’s Casino will be situated at the former Chicago Tribune Publishing Center, located at the intersection of Chicago Avenue and Halsted. Construction is slated to commence in 2024. However, prior to that, a temporary casino will be opened at the Medinah Temple on the Near North Side of Chicago. Bally’s has secured a license to operate the temporary casino at the Medinah Temple for three years or until the completion of the permanent facility.

Once completed, the permanent casino will boast a 500-room hotel, an impressive array of 3,400 slot machines, 173 table games, and an enticing selection of 10 food venues. Additionally, plans include a 3,000-seat entertainment center and a 20,000-square-foot “museum venue,” offering visitors an unparalleled experience.

Below, you can find the newly-released renderings that offer a glimpse into the future Bally’s Casino.
