
The 12-story project, planned by DLG Development and designed by Studio Dwell Architects, will bring 188 apartments to the currently vacant site between Addison and Waveland. The building will also include a small ground-floor café, 77 parking spaces, 188 bike spaces, and 38 affordable units.
Plans call for studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, with some units featuring private balconies. Residents will also have access to a 12th-floor amenity level with a fitness center and outdoor deck with seating, grills, and landscaping.
The $70 million project will now move forward with a rezoning and Planned Development designation. Completion is targeted for 2027.
