Chicago City Council has approved a new mixed-use development at 3611 N. Halsted Street in Lakeview

The 12-story project, planned by DLG Development and designed by Studio Dwell Architects, will bring 188 apartments to the currently vacant site between Addison and Waveland. The building will also include a small ground-floor café, 77 parking spaces, 188 bike spaces, and 38 affordable units.

A major redevelopment project tied to one of Lakeview’s most iconic names is moving forward, as permits have officially been issued for Dinkel’s Lofts at 3329 N. Lincoln Avenue.
