It's the city, find any neighborhood that doesn't have graffiti. The graffiti isn't the problem, its the violent crimes in the neighborhood. Rather than posting two separate posts because someone wrote on the new ice cream shop's sign with a marker (\”oh the humanity!!\”) get on the alderman about what he's doing to step up the police force and make the area safer.
