Isn’t this the cutest mug shot? Raising a toddler is hard work and it feels like everything takes a little longer when you’re with a mini human that’s always asking “what dis?”. On the bright side it does remind me to slow down. This past weekend I shared an Instagram story of Mason jumping in puddles for the first time…which prompted a trip to @zara for clean pants. Yesterday he was fascinated with the seating area or what he thought was an indoor park at the @realgoodjuiceco @southportcorridorchicago. He also likes to stop to look at flowers, and then with his cute little hands sign “flower”. I’m busy, you’re busy, we are ALL busy. How about we slow down a bit, and create a little space to be completely present? Lately I’ve been rushing my meals. Not looking at my food, or even standing and trying to multitask in between bites. I love food, and I didn’t event take the time to enjoy it 🤦🏻♀️. What are you rushing through? What thing(s) in your day can you adjust to make it less crazy? Please share below 👇 I bet it’s something we all need to be more aware of so we feel less 😖and more 😌. (at CAFE TOLA Southport Ave. #bestempanadas)
