3746 N. Southport sold, “home type shop” coming

Froyo Chicago closed in 2019, and the space has been for lease and then for sale since then. Recently the space has been sold and we have been told a “home shop” (not a chain) will be opening here. As we hear more, we’ll be sure to let you know.
