Chicago Party Aunt Release Date, Cast And Plot – What We Know So Far

Netflix could very well give Adult Swim a run for its money when it comes to adult-oriented animation. “Bojack Horseman” made audiences laugh one second and cry the next, while “Big Mouth” takes everyone back to the awkwardness of adolescence. The platform seems to hope to keep the streak alive with its newest foul-mouthed series — “Chicago Party Aunt.” With a title like that, you know you’re in for a raucous experience.

Netflix has ordered the adult animated series “Chicago Party Aunt,” inspired by Chris Witaske’s Twitter account of the same name.

Netflix has ordered 16 episodes of the half-hour series, with the first eight slated to drop on Sept. 17. Lauren Ash will lead the voice cast in the role of Diane Dunbrowski, AKA The Chicago Party Aunt, as she stays true to her mantra “If life gives you lemons, turn that shit into Mike’s Hard Lemonade.”
