Confirmed: Coalfire Pizza is coming to the old Hye Bar space at 3707 N. Southport Ave.
Rumors have been swirling for months, but Everyblock has confirmed the build-out permit to be a pizza restaurant. The tenant will be Coalfire Pizza and hopes to open later this summer.
