Mystic Celt’s Space officially For Lease

As we reported earlier this year, L3 Capital purchased Mystic Celt and now the real estate listing has hit the Internet from Cushman & Wakefield.  Currently, Mystic Celt is leasing back the space from L3.

Looks like a retail brochure has hit the Internet showing new retail for Justin\’s current location.  See the current listing here from Newcastle Limited.  Justin\’s has been on Southport since the 1980’s, and is privately owned.

J. Crew and SoulCycle Construction Watch – July, 2015

J. Crew and SoulCycle are coming up fast on Chicago\’s Southport Corridor.  The plan at this point is for J. Crew to open towards the end of this year and SoulCycle early next year.

Sensational Bites Closing August 1

Get your yummy cupcakes and bakery goods fast as Sensational Bites at 3751 N. Southport is closing it\’s doors for good.  It looks like the owner simply wants to spend more time with family.  We wish them the best of luck and will miss them!!!
