Southport & Irving (SIP) is excited to announce “Taste of Southport & Irving” – a New Year neighborhood appreciation party + wine tasting to celebrate their newly built wine bar.
The Details:
Thursday, January 14, 7-9pm
- 3 wine stations will each be offering 6-8 different wines from all over the world; an eclectic list, emulating the global influences of the SIP dinner menu
- Sample wines from USA, Argentina, France, Spain, Italy, South Africa, New Zealand, Portugal, more
- SIP will serve bottles they don’t usually serve by the glass
- Chef Alec Sherman will serve up miniature versions of dishes from the current menu. Examples are:
- Mini Duck Cassoulet
- Mini XO Hanger Steak
- Black Bean Empanadas
- All are welcome!
