The mixed-use development located in the intersection of Lincoln, Southport and Wellington is almost complete, after years of stop and go construction.
We now know what retail/offices are taking the first two floors of the new space.
Astute Wellness Center will be taking over the 2nd floor space and most of 1st floor will be a CA-Urban office according to Hunter Cannon on Twitter:

1800 sq. ft. of space is left on the first floor for retail as well, and apartments will be on the upper floors.
