A full building permit has been granted for a mixed-use development at 3310 N. Lincoln. The project involves demolishing the former Rexx Rugs buildings to make way for a six-story structure with 24 apartments and approximately 1,500 square feet of retail space.
Designed by Jonathan Splitt Architects, it will offer a range of apartment sizes, including affordable units. The site will also feature parking for cars and bikes. Construction is set to begin following site clearance.
