The Butcher’s Tap is now open, and here is a look at their new menu

The Butcher’s Tap is now open, and here is a look at their new menu.  Think it will do better on Southport then Messner’s/WheelHouse Wrigley did?

“The new bar is now open and called The Butcher’s Tap, a nod to the butcher shop that opened in 1932 at the same location at 3553 N. Southport Ave. Ownership said they’ve completed 95 percent of the interior renovation which is expected to be complete in early December. Workers gutted the Wheel House space, which opened in 2012 after replacing Messner’s Bar and Grill. Ownership lauded changes including rolling glass garage door windows and a new audio and video system and 25 televisions.”
