Many on Southport seem underwhelmed with Hot Mama coming.
For those of you that fall into this category, what would you have liked to see instead?
As you may know, Candyality is moving down the street to 3737 N. Southport, and will share the space with True Value. Here is a current picture of the build-out process. Candyality will be to the left-hand side.

Support Therieau Art & Frame!
Now that Bell Studio has been torn down, Therieau Art & Frame (the former Bell Studio) has moved to 3831 N. Lincoln Ave. Please support them! Website is http://therieauartandframe.com/.

Que Syrah Fine Wines Moving to 3726 N. Southport Ave., including a Wine Bar, and they are taking new space above Stella Blue, according to Lake View Patch. They are hoping to also add a wine bar in the future.

Southport Corridor News and Events reports that Michigan Avenue will be getting a Vineyard Vines store this fall. While we have no official opening date at this time, the store listing on the brand’s web site confirmed the new location, as well as its address: 540 N Michigan Ave.
Contrary to its name, which conjure images of walls upon walls on wine bottles, this is indeed a clothing brand. Fans of Vineyard Vines would likely describe the merch as “preppy” or “the kind of stuff you’d wear to a country club.”
