Any knowledge of what is going to happen with 3426 N. Southport Ave? I assume people live in the apartments above but the first floor has been dead for ages. Wouldn't this be a time to fix that?

From earlier posts on our Facebook page, history has it that it was owned by a couple and the husband died. The wife did not want to rent or lease it out and to this day, no one can give a straight answer as to who owns it. It is such an eyesore so hopefully something will be done with it soon.
