It appears that Madewell is finding a home in Chicago’s Southport Corridor according to their website (Madewell is owned by J. Crew) 
There are several job openings that are now live on Madewell’s website, location still TBD at this moment but speculation could be Lou & Grey’s former location (we know it’s going into an L3 Capital location).
