The former vegan Thai restaurant IM Vegan, located at 2907 N. Lincoln Ave in Lakeview, Chicago, is now home to Mahanakhon Noodle Bar. This new venture is part of a portfolio of Thai restaurants owned by the same proprietor behind renowned establishments such as Arun’s, Hom Mali, and Salary Thai Market.
IM Vegan, which closed its doors in early spring 2023, was known for its plant-based Thai cuisine. Mahanakhon Noodle Bar aims to bring a fresh culinary experience to the neighborhood, offering a variety of noodle dishes that showcase the rich flavors of Thailand. The transition marks an exciting new chapter for the space on Lincoln Avenue, continuing its tradition of serving authentic Thai food to the Lakeview community.
