3401-09 N. Southport Avenue TOD Development will start in 2019

As you may recall, this transit oriented development approved in 2015 will be starting construction sometime in 2019, with deliveries planned for Q1 2020. Planning had started back in 2014, and this new development will reside on what is now Galleria Liquors and Rise Sushi. At the time this development was first announced, Galleria Liquors is slated to return to this site, while Rise Sushi was not.
