This is currently the site of Fifth Third Bank’s drive through, and will include a smaller version of the branch, with several more retail spaces available.
A grocery store tenant has taken the second floor, and the rumor is that it will be Amazon Fresh.

A new place to get custom framed pictures is set to open in Chicago’s Southport Corridor, and they are now hiring. Framebridge will open three area stores in Chicago including The Southport Corridor, River North and The West Loop.
Originally an online-only service, Framebridge is breaking into the brick-and-mortar retail space to offer custom framing in Chicago.
The company provides cost-effective and timely framing by owning the entire framing process.

Roscoe Village’s locally owned business, The Denim Lounge is coming to Chicago’s Southport Corridor with a second location. The new boutique will be called The Denim Lounge for Men, and will be opening this September in the former SheOne space at 3544 N. Southport Avenue.
The store will cater to men’s denim, shirts, hats and will offer custom made jeans. According to the owner, the store will be a “small fun store with a casual vibe, and will offer free alterations.” They are very excited to be joining the other small businesses along Southport Avenue and are currently hiring. Bonobos Clothing Store is coming to Chicago’s Southport Corridor. A permit has been issued for construction and is displayed at 3434 N. Southport Avenue, Lole’s former location. The space is cleared out and construction looks to have started. Looking forward to this addition to the Southport Corridor?

Amazon Books located at 3441 N. Southport Avenue has had their business license approved. Work is happening around the clock with windows up, shelves being put in along with general set-up work. We’ve been told by Amazon that they should be open around March 14. Amazon will also have a Stumptown Coffee Roasters included in their new space.
