With the closing of Anthony\’s Italian Ice and Nail Bar Southport, this location is now completely vacant for L3 to bring in a national tenant.

Nail Bar Chicago has lost its lease – closing November 1
Directly from Nail Bar\’s Facebook page was the following post. Currently L3 owns the property and a rendering of the new space is pictured below. L3 is looking to bring in a national tenant and combine all three spaces.
