Visit a little bit of Lakeview history this weekend at Schubas! Built in 1903, the building original served as a @SchlitzBrewing facility and was converted into the bar and music hall we all love today in 1988. 3334 N. Southport has been torn down to make room for a new mixed-use retail and residential building, and here is a new rendering. The structure will be located across the street from Coda Di Volpe, and will include 9 luxury apartments above, with retail space below, and the permit can be viewed here. Thoughts?
