Can't wait for all this to get going. Change is exciting but it seems like everything on Southport is closing very rapidly lately but it takes YEARS for replacements to come into most places. Why was Coobah torn down just to leave an empty hole in the ground for months-on-end? Why will it take until 2017 for the new Whole Foods to appear when the building was already torn down? Yoga clothing stores are the only places that seem to pop up quickly.
