Southport & Irving, better known as SIP is currently for lease. According to the marketing description:

Southport and Irving \”SIP\” is located in Chicago\’s Lakeview neighborhood and a part of the City\’s well know Southport Corridor. The corridor gives out-of-town shoppers and locals a chance to stray away from the ?Mag Mile shopping district and into a real Chicago neighborhood. Southport & Irving Restaurant For Lease

From Eater Chicago, it look as though Southport & Irving could be for lease.

“One of West Lakeview’s more popular restaurants is available for lease. A Craigslist ad is up for Southport & Irving, also known as SIP, priced at $8,000 per month. Management hasn’t responded to an inquiry by press time so there’s no word yet whether the restaurant at 4000 N. Southport Avenue might close or just change ownership. Stay tuned.”

Ivivva by Lululemon is closing at 1351 W. Roscoe

Lululemon has announced that it is closing most of its Ivivva stores, including Chicago’s Southport Corridor location on Roscoe. The space is listed for lease online, and it is assumed that Ivivva will close by end of summer. What would you like to see in this space?
