For years it has been known as the “RC Cola” building and seemingly abandoned for decades. It is now finally for sale and we would expect another tear-down opportunity in this prime Southport Corridor location. What would you like to see at this location next to Potbelly?
From earlier this year, the owner of Mystic Celt had sold the building to L3 Capital, and it has been marketed for lease over the past several months. It has now been confirmed that Mystic\’s last day of business on Southport will be January 3, 2016. Look for new retail and/or food establishments coming over the next several months. The property is currently being marketed for up to three separate store-fronts.
You can see the full listing here from Cushman & Wakefield.
