The Spanish Square to be at the Low Line Market July 23, Opening later this summer

Per Eater Chicago, The Spanish Square at 1358 W. Belmont will be at the Low Line Market on July 23, and opening later this summer.

“LAKEVIEW— Here’s more details about The Spanish Square, the tapas restaurant that’s been delayed near Belmont and Southport. The owners want to simulate the markets in Spain, where visitors can buy meats and cheeses while sipping on rioja or other wines. They’re gunning for a summer opening at 1358 W. Belmont Ave.”

Mystic Celt’s Space officially For Lease

As we reported earlier this year, L3 Capital purchased Mystic Celt and now the real estate listing has hit the Internet from Cushman & Wakefield.  Currently, Mystic Celt is leasing back the space from L3.

Looks like a retail brochure has hit the Internet showing new retail for Justin\’s current location.  See the current listing here from Newcastle Limited.  Justin\’s has been on Southport since the 1980’s, and is privately owned.
