Mystic Celt’s current space could be divided for up to three tenants

A new marketing brochure has hit the Internet for Mystic Celt’s current space. L3 Capital purchased the building earlier this year, and Mystic Celt is currently leasing back the space.  Currently, the space is being marketed into 1, 2 and 3 different sections depending on the tenant(s) interested.

3451-53 N. Southport Actively Being Marketed For Lease

Looks like Suvarna and U.S. Apothecary (which we knew was a pop-up shop) spaces are still actively being marketed by Cushman & Wakefield. This two properties have been actively marketed for quite some time now, so we\’ll see if the proposed new construction building by L3 actually happens, or if a build-out takes place.

Summer 2015 on Chicago’s Southport Corridor

The rain has finally stopped long enough for us to get our annual photos of the Southport Corridor during summertime. Some of these view will look quite different next summer with the addition of SoulCycle and J. Crew coming, along with the proposed Southport TOD.
