First up, we have the former Homemade Pizza Co. building coming down next to Teavana making way for a two-story retail development.
Up next, we have a new construction building coming in that replaces Cerato Boutique and Suvana Chiropractor next to Crosby’s Kitchen.
Both are L3 properties, and they continue to bring high-end retail into the area. Each building seems to have 6000-8000 square feet of space available.

L3\’s new construction process is still on a role, this time with the former Homemade Pizza Co. space at 3430 N. Southport. Look for more high-end retail to join the street in this new construction building.

Midwest-based K. Hall Designs, a hand crafted goods and fragrances Aromatherapy shop is coming to the former Cerato space at 3451 N. Southport Avenue. K. Hall Designs sells everything from candles and home fragrance to bath and body goods.
