You may recall that a new Transit Oriented Development (TOD) has been proposed for 3647 N. Southport Avenue next to CVS. The final renderings are listed on Tom Tunney’s website, and the development has now started.

From West Lakeview Neighbors, next Monday there is a meeting at Butcher\’s Tap to discuss a new TOD development at 3200 N. Southport Avenue, former home to Flat Top Grill. This corner has been vacant for quite some time, and many businesses have come and gone through the years (Burger Boss, Knitter’s Niche, Flat Top to name a few).
