3334 N. Southport coming down, making way for a new Transit Oriented Development

Say goodbye to the existing structure across the street from Coda Di Volpe. 3334 N. Southport is in the process of being torn down to make room for a new mixed-use retail and residential building. It seems that Southport south of Roscoe development is heating up – if only they can now do something with this building!

Ready for Kendra Scott to join The ‘Port?  The store will be opening on Friday, April 28 and will be hosting a soft opening party of Saturday, April 29. You guys! I was so caught up in the Easter Holiday with my family, I forgot Lent is over and I can finally have DONUTS AGAIN!!! Of course it took this adorable @Firecakes truck parked on the street while shopping at one of my fav stores of all time @LouandGrey to realize this. Is it crazy that I’m kind of apprehensive to indulge again because I’ve been without for so long?! I kind of broke the obsession/habit of craving a good ‘ol fashioned buttermilk glazed donut… omg never mind my mouth is watering 🤤.
