Korean food is the name of the game at Moccozy. This family owned restaurant is warm and comforting, and so is the food. The bibimbap comes loaded with fresh vegetables, the protein of your choice, and a fried egg. From bulgogi to fried dumplings, there\’s a lot of hearty options to choose from.

This unique dessert spot offers nitrogen ice cream as well as other creative delicacies. There\’s a coffee menu to choose from with cappuccinos and lattes. There are also board games here for entertainment, and the staff is incredibly helpful if it\’s your first time visiting!

Our new marquee is up and shining bright! We had to replace the entire bottom portion (the vertical neon is unchanged) and tried to keep it as close to its previous incarnation as well as the original 1929 marquee as possible. Southport Corridor changes into 2019

Whether you are new to the area or a long-time resident, one thing is for certain: nothing is permanent except change. So if you can’t keep up with all of the changes happening to Chicago’s Southport Corridor, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.
Here is a summary of what to expect into 2019:
  1. Kai Sushi is coming to 3819 N. Southport
  2. 1342 W. Belmont retail space for lease
  3. Frankies on the Park at 3708 N. Southport is looking to leave and sublet their space
  4. 3740 N. Southport (Formerly Chaz\’s Real Estate Space) is for lease
  5. GNC Space is now for lease
  6. Taco Bell on Addison will be replaced by Planet Granite and additional retail
  7. Digits Nail Salon has closed, new nail salon is now open
  8. Ivivva by Lululemon is closed. Space currently for lease
  9. Rise Sushi and Galleria Liquors will be replaced by this Transit Oriented Development (TOD), Chase Bank and Chipotle could be possible tenants
  10. The auto body shop on Addison by Wrigley Field will be replaced by a new development
  11. 1035 W. Addison to be redeveloped
  12. The former Blue Bayou space is for lease
  13. Tied House is coming to the former Harmony Grill location in February
  14. Paperchase is coming to Southport Avenue
  15. Leahy and Ladue is closed, 312 Real Estate Office is now open
  16. Venus Restaurant is coming from The Mercury Theater in Cullen\’s former space this spring
  17. Mint Julep is now closed, EZRA Boutique now permanent
  18. A new mixed-use TOD development is under under construction at 3334 N. Southport Avenue
  19. Basics Salon at 3542 N. Southport is currently for lease or for redevelopment in 2019-2020
  20. Large-scale mixed-use development coming to 1356 W. Wellington Avenue with an American Mattress store (stalled)
  21. Addison & Clark development is underway; Shake Shack, Cinemex Movie Theater, Harley Davidson and Lucky Strike will be anchor tenants
  22. Hotel Zachery with Big Star Chicago, McDonald\’s and several other restaurants coming this spring to Wrigleyville
  23. Cafe Tola is expanding into the Sweet Sensations former space
  24. Bow Truss Coffee Roasters was coming to Southport & Belmont (But who knows what will happen now)
  25. F.I.S.H. Poke Bar, Milk Money, Blue Crown Wings, Mac Royale and Melt 35 delivery/pickup only kitchen have all closed at 3208-10 N. Southport, space for lease
