The Red Balloon Company Children’s Store is coming to 3651 N. Southport Avenue

The Red Balloon Co. children’s store is moving to the old Bull-eh-dia’s location, at 3651 N. Southport Avenue. This building will be torn down and should be finished by the end of the year.

Red Balloon is looking to fight the “big box” retailing that is coming in.

Familiar with the clothing store Splendid? They are coming to Southport this spring. We’ve been hearing the rumors for some time and the Lakeview Chamber confirmed today. Like?

Hot Mama scheduled to open February 6

Construction underway at 3446 N. Southport Avenue

L3’s mega project currently has its windows papered over and construction is underway for national retail. The building is currently off-market, with an un-announced tenant.
